The floor and pent roof are constructed from 12mm tongue and groove too. The former is perfectly equipped for storing heavier items and frequent footfall, while the latter has a fashionable pent design and comes with a weatherproof felt cover to keep out the rain. Entry is gained via a single door, which is ledged, braced and can be secured by a key-operated lock. This door can be positioned either end of the potting shed. Eight windows provide the interior with an abundance of natural light, and welcome ventilation on a summerâs day. An integral potting bench is included in the price. A competitively-priced, professional installation service is available, although a solid, level base must be prepared in advance of delivery. This potting shed is supplied dip treated with a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, when supported with annual retreatment. An upgrade to a top coat is available for this shed. This top coat is a wood stain that provides a waterproof coating to resist algal and fungal attack. It nourishes the wood to provide year-round colour and protection. Two coats are applied, by the manufacturer, to both the interior and exterior of the shed. As a dip-treated potting shed, it is usually recommended that the customer apply a treatment upon assembly; this top coat eliminates the need to do so.
