This premium-quality garden room is constructed from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on a durable 28mm x 28mm frame, so is as tough as summerhouses come and built to last. The floor and pent roof are also made from premium 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding, with the latter boasting a green mineral felt covering to keep out the rain. All these features combined make for an incredibly robust and well-insulated structure. The summerhouse section is fitted with wide, French-style double-doors. Complemented by 2 further full-length windows, this provides the interior with an abundance of natural light. All of the windows are made from styrene, which is near-unbreakable, whilst the French doors have a key lock, to ensure that the garden room's contents remain secure. The shed part of the building also boasts double doors, which make for an exceptionally user-friendly storage facility. These doors are fitted with a padbolt (padlock not included) to keep stored items completely safe. This summerhouse is dip treated and backed by an excellent 10-year anti-rot guarantee.
