A new design process has resulted in a stronger, more durable, easier to build shed that is a revolutionary development in the category of light clad metal sheds. The high quality shed is manufactured from heavy gauge, hot-dipped galvanised steel. Unlike wooden garden sheds that demand time-consuming, costly treatments and are vulnerable to rot, this metal garden shed requires minimum maintenance and is rust, rot and rodent proof. This excellent quality is supported by a 15 year anti-rust warranty (+ 1-year manufacturer's structural warranty). This lean-to shed offers a more compact storage solution where space is at a premium. (It is also available in 4x6 and 5x8 models). Ventilated gables improve airflow and combat condensation. The door and track are designed for simplicity and strength. The door can be added to either end of the shed to suit the garden. We advise buying the Galvanised Steel Foundation Kit to create a suitable base for the shed. This consists of a framework of metal battens, which must be assembled by the customer. After inserting a damp-proof plastic sheet/ membrane underneath the kit, it should be filled with concrete or used to support timber boards, either of which make effective shed flooring.
