Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. - Some larger & heavier items (dining tables etc) will be delivered by a 2 man delivery service. This will be on a date arranged with yourselves. - Very occasionally delays do occur with couriers, for which we can't be held responsible, but we will obviously do our best to resolve for you. - TNT / FedEx do not offer time-slots - However we can request a 'before 12:00' or 'before 10:00am' service at extra cost. Let us know if you'd like a quote for this. - TNT/FedEx will deliver to your door-step, & will not carry into your home. Please bare this in mind as most items are quite heavy. - We can offer an installation service; please get in touch with your location & product specification for a quotation. ASSEMBLY - All fixings are provided, along with coded stickers marking each component to aid assembly. - Most items will require a spanner & screwdriver.
