This is was primarily designed to be part of 686’s Smarty 3-in-1 layering jacket, but demand was so high they have released it as a stand-alone item. Designed for those biting cold days under your jacket but equally at home as a streetwear/resort piece. Once you start using one it’s hard to stop. A fine addition to your winter selection.
