Original Chocolate Making Workshop - Chocoholics assemble! Discover the art of chocolate decorating on this silky-smooth chocolate making workshop. Your experience will be led by Master Chocolatiers, and to start the session you've be given a brief history of chocolate making, and the processes used from bean to bar! You'll then sample unusual tasters, such as 100% pure chocolate and raw cocoa nibs. The different textures and flavours will really tickle the taste buds! Next, you'll start your decorating. You'll first design a giant chocolate button, using dipping forks to create a gorgeous marble effect, just like the professionals do. Then, you'll try your hand at some fresh truffle making. The rest of the session will be spent sculpting, cutting and making edible works of art using milk choc fudge, dark chocolate ganache and bowls of thick dripping melted chocolate.
