The insert lenses range starts from the Pinlock 30, Pinlock 70 and Pinlock 120 lenses. The number is used to describe the levels of fog free clearance the insert lenses provides in order to acclimatise to temperature differences that cause helmet shields to fog up.- Pinlock 30 is an entry level fog resistant solution that offers efficient clear vision while riding. This insert has been designed to be the universal fog resistant solution for helmets. The Pinlock 30 insert lens fits all Pinlock 30 prepared helmet face shield on the market.- Pinlock 70 is enhanced with stronger fog resistant properties that increase the fog free endurance of the lens. All Pinlock 70 insert lenses are made in a custom fit design, that ensures better fog resistance coverage.- Pinlock 120 is the top of the line fog resistant solution for professionals. The Pinlock 120 fog resistant insert lens is used by professional riders in motorcycle racing series.Pinlock lenses have a silicone seal which creates a double shield system between the helmet face shield and Pinlock insert lens. There is a slit on the side which keeps the insert lens steady and tight between the face shield and pin.
