Delicious moist round Christmas pudding using a traditional old recipe with ale and carrots handmade in small batches. After steeping the juicy currants sultanas raisins in Ale we combine them with the carrots spices & rest of the ingredients.This is a lighter Christmas pudding. The pudding is wrapped in muslin and finished off with a pretty ribbon. We let each pudding steam for 6 hours wrap and left to mature to perfection. These make fantastic gifts a thank you teachers gift Christmas present or just for your dinner table on Christmas day. Reheat take label and ribbon off pudding place in a colander over steaming water cover for 100 mins. Microwave take pudding out of all wrappings 3 minutes on high.
