Both warm and windproof, the Solid Sharp Cycling Jacket is best deployed for when you're cycling in freezing cold conditions. Windproof performance comes via the 3-layer Wind 3L Soft 330 fabric, complete with a Windtex membrane. This 3-layer construction features a structured knit exterior covering the Windtex membrane, preventing wind from getting inside and stealing vital body heat. Inside, the super-soft hydrophilic fleece maintains warmth too, quickly wicking away moisture before you feel a sweat-induced chill. Elsewhere, Ale also uses their Thermo Fleece 200 material in key areas, used to deliver both excellent warmth and breathability. The open structure of its outer surface improves ventilation and sweat evaporation and yet it maintains excellent insulation against the cold. The result is outstanding temperature regulation. To the back, the usual 3-pocket design makes space for your essential and a rain jacket should conditions turn wet. Reflective details also ensure you're easily picked out when you're cycling after dark.
