Please review all photos as part of the item description. Originally the base section of a wall dresser, this highly functional piece has undergone a full revamp to repurpose for modern times. With two cabinets & three drawers, it is perfect as a sideboard/TV stand, with plenty of storage room for consoles, board games, DVDs etc. The cabinets contain removable recessed shelves. This is a very robust sideboard with capacity to hold a large TV on top with plenty stored inside. McIntosh of Kirkcaldy were forerunners of British Mid Century furniture manufacture in the heyday of the 60s-80s under Tom Robertson as head of the design team- their most famous model is the Dunvegan sideboard- with beautifully sculpted handles not dissimilar to the ones found here.
