In 1961 watchmaker Andre Mouche and his wife Gracia Mouche established the watch company Andre Mouche SA in Fahy, Canton Jura. Andre Mouches goal was to produce a watch that also can be worn as an item of jewellery. He created the unique watch with a cover and signature bracelet which is still produced today. So that the watch could be worn with different outfits, his wife painted the watch in a selection of different colours.
