The new Stanger from Armada is the epitome of an all-mountain ski and was made for all those average days on the mountain with friends. The medium line in the park, the powder that's already a little bit broken up, funny runs on the piste and everything you can find in terms of sidehits. Not a specialist, yet with its 100 mm centre width it works in just about all conditions. Riding style An all-mountain ski for riders who are looking for a ski for everything. Piste, park, powder, sidehits - in fact for everything that the mountain usually offers us. Shape This ski comes with a Directional Tapered shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Thus the ski offers you the same skiing characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose you get a little more uplift in fresh snow. Profile This ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and a rocker in the nose and tail areas. This keeps the ski extremely manoeuvrable in powder and gives it an enormous uplift. The camber offers you good edge grip, pop and fast power transmission. No-edge zones on the nose ensure the best butter performance, while the rockered springboard tail makes wheelies a breeze and delivers extra pop. Flex The soft to medium flex makes the ski very flexible, perfect for butter tricks and tweaks. While there is also enough pop to allow for a controlled ride. Construction The AR75 sidewall construction comes with a cap construction in tip and tail and with a sidewall under the binding. The cap construction in tip and tail reduces the swing weight, while the sidewall makes the ski more robust. The poplar ash core combines lightweight wood with a denser, stiffer wood in a horizontal laminate to create an incredibly lively ski. This core provides the power you need to push your riding to a new level. The S7 base is robust and low maintenance and comes with a speed additive for more speed.
