Artemide Teti designer ceiling light
Description
Teti wall and ceiling light from Artemide The Teti model by the designer Vico Magistretti is a design that originally dates back to 1970. The reduction to the essentials is an expression of a style that still garners many followers. Basically, the Teti wall light consists only of a socket with a circular cover made of glossy white polycarbonate and a suitable light bulb. Of course, in a light without a lampshade, it is important to use a decorative bulb in order to maintain the aesthetics of the whole light. Teti can be used either as a wall light or as a ceiling light. The Teti light was designed by the designer and architect Vico Magistretti, who, in addition to his work as a designer, was also a city planner. In his lifetime, Vico Magistretti worked for Artemide, amongst others. That is where the Teti wall and ceiling light was created. Artemide is one of the world's most famous designer lighting manufacturers. Its own production facilities, the glass factories and its own innovation and research centre, as well as the well-known designers, form the basis for Artemide’s success.
