An all-new bib short platform for racing and high-intensity training in the cold wet and challenging conditions of the transitional seasons. The EQUIPE R features our warmest Spring Fall textile yet and its tight weave shielding you from wind and road spray or light precipitation.
These new Spring Fall Racing Series bib shorts are constructed with the same insulating textile used on our new Winter Warmers an upgrade in warmth compared to the previous Racing Series model. Though warmer on the legs and hips the EQUIPE R omits the double-layer construction used on the crotch of its predecessor which creates uniform thermoregulation throughout rather than lighter insulation on the legs and an over-insulated core. The new textile is also treated with an eco-friendly water-repellent finish so road spray and light precipitation bead up and roll off instead of soaking through. These bib shorts debut the new EQUIPE R S11 insert which features updated shaping to better support the body in aggressive riding positions and our proprietary free-floating goldenGate 2.0 construction.
