Take the lower level lift to use the Batcomputer to keep an eye out for trouble and, when spotted, use the rotating elevator to reach the top level and launch your Batjet to save Gotham City. Once you have captured the villainous Character Cars send them to jail by dropping them through the trapdoor next to the Batcomputer!
