A beautiful, rustic, yet modern & modular handmade set of six hexagonal, unstained honeycomb shelves. Their geometric shape is on trend; it's rustic look sits well within any room of the house~from bedroom to conservatory & the craftsmanship behind them means they will be enjoyed for years to come. Made from solid wood planks, our craftsman carefully measures, cuts, pins, putties, sands & fixes each hexagon with great care, ensuring each one is perfectly finished ready for you to add your chosen finish. The key to creating these beautifully finished honeycombs is in the sanding & finishing process; meticulous & repeated sanding with a varying degree of grits ensures a finish which enhances the grain & sheen of the natural wood. Please note The finish on this set is left in its raw state ready for you to add your chosen stain. Sanded putty may still visible & small gaps / imperfections may be visible again due to them being unfinished, however this is barely noticeable once completed (please see our finished hexagons listing to see what they look once stained & varnished). Approx Dimensions (these may change by a cm or so depending on the wood) Height (at highest point) 26cm Width 30cm Depth 10cm These are standard dimensions, however larger or smaller shelves can be made upon request. The honeycombs are supplied individually (6 separate shelves) meaning you can then choose your own arrangement on the wall. The beauty of this is you change the layout as often as you like, & create a totally different look in your room each time you rearrange the pattern of the hexagons. Alternately, you can attach the hexagons together in your choice of layout, & fix with mending plates (not supplied) meaning you could then hang on the wall as one solid fixed piece using less of the fixing plates..the choice is yours! They come with fixing attachments, meaning they can be easily hung on the wall whatever way you choose. Each piece is chosen for the unique grain in the wood, therefore each shelf will be one of a kind.
