Bio-Tech Aggressive Chemical Paddlewheel Flow Sensors - Bio-Tech FCH-SE-PP DN32, Especially designed for heavy-duty professional use for measuring large volumes in chemically aggressive media such as acids, bases and other aqueous media. All parts in contact with the medium are made from highly resistant plastics (PP, ECTFE, ceramic). Thanks to the high-quality ceramic bearings, the 5-blade paddle runs at even very low flow rates and the magnets are hermetically sealed. The contactless sensor system ensures an almost unlimited lifetime. The FCH-SE generates fully conditioned square-wave pulse signals (e.g. for the PLC). By changing the connector an analogue output module can be plugged into a 4-20 mA two-wire system. The two limiting values can be quickly programmed using a teach-in method.
