Please note that when used in the oven the handle of the griddle pan will become hot, therefore you need to ensure that you remove the pan from the oven using appropriate oven gloves to protect yourself in the process. The stove top griddle pan is easy to clean, and needs to be washed by hand in hot soapy water, both before your first use, and then after every subsequent use thereafter. Please allow the pan to cool before cleaning, as adding cold water or other cool liquids to a hot pan can cause it to crack.
