The combination of two parallel panels, with alternating transparent and opaque strips, let you individually customise the amount of incoming light. This creates wonderful light effects. With the aid of the pull chain on the side, the position of the fabric panels can be set so that either more daylight penetrates through the transparent strips or the opaque strips protect you from prying eyes. This function can be used at any height, as the fabric can be completely rolled up and down, as with any conventional side-pull roll-up blind. Another highlight is how quick and easy the roll-up blind is to assemble, using the clamp brackets provided. They simply clamp over the window sash, along with the roll-up blind rail. In rented flats in particular, holes in the walls or windows are a major problem. Now those days are over, as the clamp brackets do not require any drilling or screwing. Alternatively, it is possible to screw it to the wall, ceiling or window soffits with the enclosed straps.
