BMC Timemachine 01 Disc TT/Triathlon Frameset Highly adjustable and undeniably rapid, the BMC Timemachine 01 Disc TT/Triathlon Frameset is a great starting point for putting together a pro-level race bike. The carbon frame’s Vmax Aero Design puts speed to the fore, with tube shapes and frame silhouette optimised for slipping through the air more easily; the fork has a hinge design rather than a traditional steerer, the brake calipers have aero covers over them and the storage box is located behind the saddle out of the wind. The seatpost angle can be altered between 71° and 81° to better suit rider or usage, allowing aerodynamics and power output to be balanced for maximum performance. Tyre clearance is a suitably modern 27mm, allowing wider, and therefore real-world faster, tyres to be fitted.
