BMC Timemachine ONE TT/Triathlon Bike 2022 The Timemachine ONE TT/Triathlon Bike from BMC is an excellent upgrade from a road bike without breaking the bank. The frame geometry and Profile handlebar allow a much faster, more aerodynamic position to be achieved, with the potential to adjust the seatpost’s effective angle between 71° and 81° for a better position, and the saddle itself also offers a wide range of adjustment. As part of BMC’s P2P (Position to Perform) philosophy, the front end is also highly adjustable, making it easier to find a position that is aerodynamic, powerful and sustainable. Thanks to Vmax Aero Design, the frame and fork present an extremely small frontal area to the wind, for less resistance and more speed, whilst even the storage box fits neatly behind the seat tube to keep drag to a minimum. Shimano’s 11-speed 105 groupset leaves little to be desired from a performance perspective, with reliability and precision for every shift. The 53/39 tooth chainset indicates the bike’s racing aspirations, although the 11-30 tooth cassette does allow some lower gears for hillier courses too.
