Glides on really smoothly for a professional and even application. DIRECTIONS We recommend firstly using a lip pencil to outline and create a sharper lip shape, then simply apply the lipstick either directly from the bullet in a couple of definate, short sharp strokes or use a professional makeup lip brush.
