The Bontrager Hilo Menrsquos Triathlon Cycling Shoes are designed to give you faster transitions and bike times and be great value for money. The Bontrager Hilo shoe uses the same basic construction as their Circuit and Starvos road cycling shoes. That includes the same inForm Race last to give you a performance fit with a bit of extra room for added comfort and the same nylon composite sole construction, PowerTruss design and stiffness rating as the Circuit. The major difference with the Hilo is the triathlon specific shoe upper. It has a lightweight mesh construction designed to let your feet dry quickly after the swim. To speed up your transition it has an easy-to-grab heel loop for quick entry and two simple straps that require minimum adjustment. The Hilo is compatible with the standard 3 bolt road cleats out of the box and can also take MTB style 2 bolt cleats using an adaptor plate (sold separately).
