The 42 mm stainless-steel case features two signature elements of the original Super Ocean: a concave bidirectional ceramic bezel and a dial featuring oversized indices. The Superocean Heritage ’57 Limited Edition II has been released to support frontline heroes working hard across the globe to tackle Covid-19. When Breitling released the black dial Superocean Heritage ’57 Limited Edition last month, the international audience saw its rainbow design elements as a beacon of hope during the current pandemic. This limited edition blue dial variation directly takes this concept a step further, with part of the proceeds being donated to 6 charities supporting the frontline healthcare works in some of the countries most affected. In the UK for example, the selected charity is NHS Charities Together which represents over 230 NHS charities across the UK.
