Durable, hard-wearing and highly resilient: these are the Capital Sports Elongate bumper plates . Made of high-quality hard rubber with an opening of 50.4mm, they give every cross-training or Olympic bar the desired weight. To protect the intake, the bumper plate is provided with an inner ring made of specially smoothed steel so that the weight discs slide smoothly onto the bar and the intakes are not damaged by bar drops. The Capital Sports Elongate bumper plates are extremely robust. Their shock absorbing rubber material is particularly suitable for weight drops, as neither the floor nor the weight are damaged by the impact.
