CORAL CACTUS - The Euphorbia lactea Cristata commonly known as Coral cactus plant is a real rare and unusual indoor plant. This hybrid is two different Euphorbia species grafted together making it one of the most interesting looking houseplants. Featuring a green stem with a ruffled coral like succulent on the top, it often grows in a mix of colours from white, red, pink, purple, yellow and green.BEGINNER FRIENDLY - The Coral cactus despite being referred to as a cactus is actually a succulent. This slow growing indoor plant can grow to 60cm in height, living for many years with proper care. It is very low maintenance making it ideal for beginners or for plant lovers as a gift. With its unusual appearance which is called alien making it a talking point, looking great in a bedroom, living room or a desk plant.GROWING CONDITIONS - This plant thrives in plenty of light and best grown in a location that gets at least four hours of full sunlight a day. Ideally in an east facing window that allows it to receive shade in the afternoons. Due to its tropical nature it likes to grow in a warm environment at 20°C. Water when the top two to four inches of soil is dry to the touch, allowing the water to drain out of the pot. Remove any excess from the saucer as this can lead to root rot. During Autumn and Winter, water lightly only every 3 to 4 weeks.COLOUR & SIZE - As each plant is completely unique in shape and colour, the plant you receive may differ slightly from our listing imagery. It is important to rotate the plant regularly to prevent lopsided uneven growth.
