This hedging plant can grow to a height of between 4 to 8 metres, with a spread of 2.5 to 4 metres when mature, growing at least 90cm each year. POTTED PLANTS - These potted plants arrive in a 3L plastic growing pot, measuring 60-80cm in height. This hedging plant produces small, fragrant white flowers in mid to late Spring, which are then followed by cherry like red fruit in Autumn that ripen to black in late Autumn to Winter.GROWING CONDITIONS - This full hardy year round shrub can grow in full sunlight to partial shade in a variety of well draining soil conditions. When planting for hedging, it is important to plant 600mm apart. Water when there are 3 or more days of dry weather. In particularly hot periods you may need to water daily during the first year.ONGOING CARE - Prune in late spring or early summer. Remove dead or diseased branches and crossing branches.
