Description
Cervelo Aspero GRX 810 1x Disc Gravel Bike 2021 Blending a design that majors on offering speed across any terrain with accurate components, the Cervelo Aspero GRX 810 1x Disc Gravel Bike enables the rider to charge across the wilderness whether it be on gravel, dirt or road. Pro rider levels of stiffness are offered within a lightweight, full-carbon form to allow the Aspero frameset to deliver stunning climbing speed and snappy acceleration. The tube sections of the frameset are aerodynamically honed to lower drag markedly while its compatibility with either 650b or 700c wheels allows for fine-tuning of the handling characteristics. A balanced geometry is both reactive and settled, but this can be tweaked by the Trail Mixer fork chip that adjusts the ride in line with the wheel size being used and the riding that lies ahead. This composed geometry partners with generous tyre clearances to offer an assured and grippy ride whatever the terrain. The Easton EA70 AX wheelset combines its slightly smaller 650b size with fat, 49mm tyres to give an enlivened and raw ride that's full of traction. These robust alloy wheels are propelled by the dependable and crisp changing Shimano GRX 810 11-speed gears that also have a simplified single chainring set up to lower the chances of mid-ride mechanicals. Stopping is courtesy of the Shimano GRX RX810 hydraulic disc brakes while increased control on technical descents is gifted by the Trans-X dropper post. Highlights A gravel bike designed for pure speed and for the rider who is as keen on exploring the wild as they are their own physical limits The full carbon frame has World Tour road racing stiffness, low weight and aerodynamically tweaked tube profiles The frame and fork accept 700c wheels with up to 42mm tyres or 650b wheels with up to 49mm tyres Balanced geometry can be tweaked by the TrailMixer fork tab that refines the handling depending on the wheels size being used and the terrain Easton EA70 AX, 650b wheels and wide, 48mm tyres offer a spritely but robust ride Shimano GRX 810 gears are accurate and dependable Shimano GRX RX810 hydraulic disc brakes are powerful and modulated Trans-X Dropper post allows for increased control on technical descents
