Charbonnel et Walker Chocolate
Description
Tasting Notes Charbonnel et Walker's Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Truffles are filled with a soft caramel centre which has a hint of sea salt. Lightly covered in icing sugar, these are fantastic petit fours and the sweetness compliments the savoury tang of the finish perfectly. We adore them served alongside an Espresso Martini. ; Established in 1875 Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain's first and foremost chocolate makers; indeed with a Royal Warrant granted to them in 1970 they were chocolatiers to; Queen Elizabeth II . After a little cajoling from Edward VII , Mrs Walker and Madame Charbonnel's opened a shop making chocolate fit for royalty. That shop has stood on Bond Street ever since and has been frequented by the likes of Princess Diana , Princess Margare t , Wallis Simpson , Sir John Gielgud , Sir Alec Guinness , Lauren Bacall , Noel Coward and many more. ; Product Details Allergens: Cereals Containing Gluten Milk Nuts Soya Beans Full Ingredients Milk Chocolate (70.1%) (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Sugar Confectionery (22.9%) (Glucose Syrup, Sweetened Condensed Skimmed Milk (Skimmed Milk, Sugar), Fully Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Coconut), Salt, Artificial Caramel Flavouring, Emulsifier (Mono- & Di-Glycerides Of Fatty Acids)), Icing Sugar (Cane Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent (Tri-Calcium Phosphate)), Sea Salt (0.48%).
