Description
Chronoswiss Watch Flying Regulator Open Gear CH-8753-BLBL If there’s one luxury watch design that Chronoswiss have mastered, it’s the Regulator, a design which sees the three main indicators of hours, minutes and seconds delivered off-centre on their own unique subsidiary dial. With this Chronoswiss Flying Regulator Open Gear watch, the Swiss watch manufacturer continues their legacy with a new play on the Regulator theme, placing it in the centre of an extraordinary, skeletonised dial. The elaborate two levelled dial features screwed on skeletonised train wheel bridges and funnel-like constructions for the hours and seconds display. Meanwhile, the feuille-shaped minutes hand sits centre stage on the galvanised blue backdrop and is treated to a helping of Superluminova. Contrasting beautifully to the royal blue dial, the Chronoswiss Flying Regulator Open Gear watch welcomes a 41 millimetre stainless steel case engineered from sixteen parts in total. These include a vertical satin-finished onion crown, a screw down bezel with full thread, sapphire crystal glass and a screw down exhibition case back. Through the back, the men’s Chronoswiss watch welcomes the C.299 automatic winding movement which alongside its unique retrograde complication ensures a power reserve of 42 hours and a high frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour. Some of the 31 jewels can also be spotted alongside the skeletonised and galvanic blue rotor which has been beautifully engraved with classic Geneva stripes. The Chronoswiss Flying Regulator Open Gear watch is completed by a Louisiana alligator leather strap with folding buckle and a water resistant rating of 100 metres.
