Cobra T-Rail Golf Hybrid Irons - Steel Cobra has created the T-Rail Golf Hybrid Irons to allow golfers to experience a golf club that creates brilliant distance and launch while still having high levels of forgiveness to make it even easier to make it to the greens. Constructed using a hollow body constructed these irons allow for golfers to create greater distance and speed on shots with the golf ball propelling off of the face. The hollow body design has meant that internal ribs could be added to increase the stability of the golf clubs while also reducing the vibrations created on shots for greater feel. Cobra has used a new high strength steel face which uses a variable thickness pattern that allows for higher ball speeds to be generated on every shot, even on shots where the golf ball is hit off-centre. Paired with the high-speed face a new hollow front rail has been used to increase the flex that is created in the contact zone of the face by up to 70% for even faster balls while still being able to experience the same incredible turf interaction of Cobra’s Baffler Rail. To ensure that golfers can create brilliant distance on their shots while having the accuracy of a forged iron Cobra has created these iron using a wide-sole design which has been used to replace long irons. This wide-sole design makes it easier to hit a golf ball from different lies while being able to launch the ball higher for improved long iron control. The wide-sole design also allows for the centre of gravity to be moved lower and deeper to allow for easy ball flight and effortless launch. This placement increases the forgiveness on longer approach shots while also working with the new baffler design. Maximum Iron Forgiveness With hybrid-like forgiveness throughout the set, a wide sole moves the CG low and deep in every club, so you can benefit from easy-up ball flights in your long irons down to your wedges. Hybrids To Replace Long Irons A combination set that allows you to have more forgiveness in the longer irons by replacing them with hybrids. The hybrids are easier to hit from multiple lies and launch the ball higher to improve long iron game control.
