Cover fall block mechanism. Dripless patent: a specially profiled mould in the lifted cover preventing the dripping of condensate onto the table. The condensate is drained into the water container. Thick (8 mm) capsule sandwich-type bottom combining the heat-distributing properties of aluminium with the durability and magnetic properties of stainless steel, which is essential in heaters and induction hobs. Support with adjustable height, which prevents the tipping of the chafing dish in case of rapid opening of the cover. Chafing dish frame made of 2.7 mm steel.
