The Cozy N Safe Etna i-Size Car Seat has the most amount of padding they have ever put in a seat, but the extra padding isn t just for comfort, it also offers fantastic protection in the event of an accident. The Etna is suitable for use from birth right up until they re 12 years old. It s quite literally the only car seat you will ever need! When using it from birth you can use the included newborn wedge insert to make sure they fit snugly and safely into the seat and the lie-flat function gives them a nice place to have a snooze.They will start with the seat rear-facing, which is widely considered the safest orientation for a car seat, and it can be used in rear-facing mode all the way up until they re 105cm or around four years old. You can face them forward earlier when they are over 76cm (approx. 15 months), but it is strongly advised to keep them rear-facing as long as you can.The seat is secured in rear-facing mode via your vehicle's ISOFIX points and the top tether system for extra stability. A cool feature of the Etna is the quick-release top tether that makes it quick and easy to use the rotation feature and reattach the tether.The covers, as well as being extra comfy, are breathable, yet warm, making them perfect for both the hot and cold weather.
