Tasting Notes The perfect biscuit to curl up on the sofa with. Cuoco wanted to see just how much creamy white chocolate they could wrap around a zesty lemon shortbread biscuit. Dipping them only allowed a certain amount so instead they've enrobed them in wonderful chocolate and then sprinkled them with as many chocolate curls as possible. Most of the curls stick some fall off. It's a messy zingy and maddeningly moreish affair. Cuoco are not just biscuit bakers they're taste makers.
