Description
This micro-perforated rectangular baking tray is ideal for baking mini pastries or small food items, for baking cakes, galettes, quiches or Viennese pastries. The micro-perforations allow for an excellent air circulation and uniform cooking results. Ideal tray as well to use in combination with a silicone mat, a baking sheet or silicone moulds. Made from thick non-coated aluminium it is warp-free and boasts a perfect heat diffusion and heat transmission.
