This professional wok is made in heavy quality iron, a 100% natural material guaranteed coating-free (no PFAO or PTFE) with no chemicals added, ideal for healthy and quick stir-frying of food with little use of fat. The material has natural non-stick properties which will be further enhanced by a gradual seasoning with use. The more it's being used, the better it cooks and the less it sticks even without adding too much oil. This results in a light, healthy and savoury stir fry dish with an authentic oriental flavour.
