DEMEYERE Alu Comfort 3 non-stick frying pan, 20cm rim diameter.The Keravis Extreme three-layer non-stick coating is reinforced with ceramic for long-lasting, scratch-resistant non-stick performance. The cold-forged aluminium construction makes for a strong, lightweight pan. The body has a thickness of 5mm which keeps the TriplInduc radiant base flat for maximum contact on induction hob tops.This TriplInduc base is super-efficient on induction, saving energy and giving fast heat up times and even heat distribution which prevents hot spots and burning. It's also suitable for all hob types. The Bakelite handle with hanging loop stays cool to the touch on the hob top, and is heat-resistant to 150°C.
