From soups and stocks, stews and one-pot dishes to slow cooked meals and sauces, cooking on cast iron is extremely energy efficient, heating up fast and retaining heat for longer. The traditionally-styled pot is perfect hob/oven to tableware as it is suitable for use on all hob types, including induction and any type of oven including Aga Stoves, open fires and barbecues.
