During this process the air is passed through 5 different stages of filtration. This neutralises and removes odours, airborne contaminants, allergens, viruses and germs. Achieving impressive CADR ratings to provide effective allergy relief and help for respiratory problems which are trigged or worsened by exposure to contaminants such as pollen, mould spores, dust and pet dander, all of which are filtered out of the air through the 5-stage process. The washable pre-filter tackles dust and larger particles, while unseen microscopic airborne particles are trapped by the HEPA filter. Odours and dangerous household pollutants such as cigarette smoke, formaldehyde and benzene are all absorbed by the carbon filter. Airborne viruses and germs are neutralised by the internal ultra violet lamp.
