Because laurel a fantastic, easy to grow, all year round interest, bushy evergreen hedging plant, which has glossy deep green, large, leaves and will create an amazing privacy hedge for any garden. They are fast growing, growing upto approx 2ft+ per year. Laurels can be cut multiple times per year if required, but a simple autumn cut once a year will keep them at your desired height, whether it's a 4ft tall hedge, or an 8ft tall hedge you require. Will grow in all gardens in any position and are also shade tolerant.
