The sleek aluminium blade of pizza peel has been designed to slide effortlessly beneath your pizza dough, making it easy to transfer into the oven. The 25cm round wooden handle allows you to place the pizza right to the back of the oven for more direct exposure to heat, while also protecting hands and fingers from being burned. By placing your pizza on the ceramic pizza stone - as opposed to a regular metal baking tray or oven rack - one achieves a similar effect to baking inside a traditional masonry oven, in which any excess moisture contained within the dough is absorbed, resulting in a light and delicate base that delivers that perfect, crispy crunch with every bite. The pizza stone comes complete with a metal wire stand that allows you to serve your pizza directly on the stone - a stainless steel pizza cutter wheel, in turn, allows for seamless serving and distribution among you and your guests.
