The recliner has an electric seat tilt with two motors and independent regulation of slatted back, footrest and rise function. This system, with independent regulation of backrest and footrest, offers many relaxing positions: normal sitting position, TV position (upright backrest and raised footrest), laying position, standing position, zero-gravity position and many other intermediate positions. The regulation of backrest and footrest is possible with a easy to use remote control. This has four buttons: two are used to control the backrest and the other two are used to control the footrest and for raising the recliner (raising support system). The reclining chair, with two motors and raising support lifting mechanism, helps in raising the height of the footrest in a position above the seat level, while the elevated leg position facilitates blood circulation and helps ease muscle cramps. This advanced technology has been designed on the fundamental concept of weightlessness based on NASA’s research on astronauts and allows the zero gravity position - elevating the legs above the heart.
