This latch can be used on fire doors, and it has a spring action. This mortice latch has been tested and approved by the BSEN 12209 standard, and it is suitable for both 30 and 60-minute fire doors to ensure safety is maintained throughout your home. The latch can be reversed and sit on either the left or right-hand side of your door. What is an FD60 rating?
