Elaeagnus x Ebbingei 'Eleador' will grow in any well-drained soil, even in drier or coastal areas, but may be discoloured in chalky soils. Its has glossy yellow leaves with green edging and silver undersides. From late summer to early autumn, small white blooms emerge, followed closely by tiny fruits.
