They are made in a thick padded construction with insulated fill to lock in heat, with a hook and bar and twin snap fastening waistband, zip fly and touch and close adjustable waistband straps. There are zip up mesh lined inner thigh vents to prevent overheating and internal snow gaiters to the ankles keep powder and moisture out. The ankles also benefit from the Room To Grow system, which allows the pants to extend and grow as your youngster does, providing a longer lasting item, plus Leg Lifts which help to avoid scuffed cuffs. There are two side zip pockets, two touch and close fastening pockets to the sides and two more to the back plus a Dryride Durashell fabric outer, which has a water repellent finish and a membrane which makes the pants waterproof and breathable up to 10,000mm.
