A very versatile and famous artist, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada's roots are represented by a family of Architects and Art Collectors. She started her career in Spain and quickly received fame there. She combines fashion, art, architecture and design, thus creating a prestigious brand, synonymous of an extraordinary personality. The focus of Agatha's collection is well represented by the chromatic features of her status symbols: clouds, hearts, stars and flowers. Agatha's creation is well tied into the dynamic movement of 'Movida MadrileƱa' as one of the main protagonists among the 80's, her clothes are exhibited in the Art Gallery where later on, in a week-time, it will be held the first Spanish exposition of Andy Warhol. In 1993, at Marques del Riscal's studio, 'Agatha's Thursdays' take place as events of vanguard culture. In the course of time Agatha widely spreads her attitudes beyond fashion, thus exploring new sectors, such as interior design and home accessories. She also edits books, while arranging theatre iconographies or even architecture domain. Various worldwide brands such as Camper, Swatch, Bticino, Nani Mariquina or Absolut Vodka, are amongst clients of Agatha.
