Alternating layers of Patisserie Valerie's supreme coffee and fluffy plain sponge filled with a luxurious Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur and coffee flavoured fresh cream. The striking sides of the cake are striped with rich chocolate buttercream, deluxe Bailey's coffee Swiss meringue buttercream and a top layer of silky-smooth Baileys Swiss meringue buttercream.
