As soon as you've ordered & paid for your item(s) from our store on Etsy, our amazing studio team go to work, as each order is indeed made to order via our in house sublimation techniques. Our mugs are then cooled, bagged up & sent out in our very own smash-proof postage boxes direct to your door. All mugs are microwave & dishwasher safe for up to 800 washes. The design shown is printed on both sides of the mug, thus suitable for both left & right hand drinkers. POSTAGE All of our orders are packaged up & sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48 business post from our studio in Belfast, UK. We aim to process & distribute your order within 1 or 2 working days from ordering so that your order is to you as soon as possible. (Monday to Friday).
