Captain Barnacles Mask in darker blue Fun for all from 3+ -Child's Measures approximately 7 x 5 inches. -Adult's Measures approximately 10x6 inches -Made with two layers of eco felt, machine stitched & cut by hand. -Comes with 11 elastic attached. Belt: Made from layer of felt & elastic, finished off with some hoop & loop fastener. The Long Felt measures 11 inches with a 10 piece of elastic before the 2 end is put on. If you need the middle elastic to be longer then please leave me a NOTW TO SELLER with the elastic length needed. Adults will be made with 20 Elastic.
