Have nothing in your home that you don't know to be useful or believe to be beautiful William Morris c1820 Coalport Porcelain Creamer Jug moulded relief, with forget me not like flowers, tendrils & purple flowers on white ground, Distinctive ornate handle. Not marked but identified as one of Coalport's designs. Coalport was founded by John Rose who had apprenticed to Thomas Turner of Caughley in Shropshire, Staffordshire. Considering the age, the creamer is in excellent antique condition, except for a mark or a firing flaw on the base. Please study the photos carefully. The dimensions are 4 tall by the spout, 3 1/4 wide & 5 across. This magnificent collection belonged to an expert of 1750 - 1900 British Potteries, which he lovingly collected, catalogued & researched for over 50 + years.
